专利说明:
The present invention relates to a paper strip for separating a paper web moving from a paper-making machine which is wound up on drums to allow it to be wound on an empty drum. When winding a paper web on drums produced in a paper-making machine, once a drum has reached a predetermined winding diameter, it is necessary to separate the paper web in order to be able to continue the winding of the paper web on an empty drum. For this purpose, use is made of a tear tape which spirals up on the empty drum, at the same time separating the paper web along a helical line and winding the paper web on the empty drum. In order to be able to feed the tear strip at the same time as the parts of the paper web damaged by the cutting process, it is made of paper. Such devices for severing a paper web are e.g. from US4711404, from WO86 / 00282 and from EP708049 B1. In these devices, a tear tape is passed from one side of the paper web through a guide channel to the other side thereof. The guide channel is formed with an opening on its paper web-facing side. Once the paper web is to be split, the free end of the tear tape is secured to the rotating, empty drum, pulling the tear tape out of the guide channel through the paper web facing opening, and separating the paper web along a helical line and winding it onto the empty drum. In known such guide channels, in which the tear strip is moved from one side of the paper web to the other side of the paper web, it must be ensured that the tear tape remains in the guide channel during movement to the other side of the paper web and does not pass out of the guide channel through the paper web facing opening In the device according to WO86 / 00282, this is achieved by forming the tear strip guide channel at the paper web facing opening with two facing strips, whereby the width of the opening is less than the width of the tear strip. In this known device, the tear strip consists of several pairs and interconnected paper lace. According to AT402912B, the tear tape consists of a multiply folded paper strip. Since the hitherto known tearing tapes have an at least approximately uniform thickness and strength over their entire width, as soon as the tear strip for the separation of the paper web from the guide channel is pulled out there is the risk that the tearing strip will be damaged in its lateral areas. In particular, there is a risk that lateral areas of the tear strip will be torn off, severely weakening the tear strip and tearing the tear strip out of the guide channel as it moves, thereby interrupting the process of winding the paper web onto an empty drum. In addition, residues of the tear strip may remain in the guide channel, whereby there is a risk of clogging of the guide channel. The objective of the present invention is therefore to provide a tear tape which ensures that it will not be damaged when pulling it out of the guide channel through the opening of the guide channel facing the paper web to effect the severing of the paper tape. This is inventively achieved in that the tear strip in cross section has a middle band part and two-sided band parts, wherein the middle band part opposite the seitseitlichen strip parts has at least 1.5 times the thickness. Preferably, the middle band part is formed with a plurality of adjacent paper cords or with a plurality of paper layers. In particular, the tear tape can be formed by a at least single-ply paper tape, which in its central region with a pad of paper cords or. at least one paper layer is provided. Preferably, the tear tape is formed by a paper tape, at least two-ply, which is provided in its middle region with a paper cord or paper layer at least. According to a further preferred embodiment, the thickness of the pads or straps made of paper cords located in the middle band part or of at least one paper layer decreases from the middle area to the lateral areas. Furthermore, the Papierschnürebzw. the at least one paper layer is adhered to the at least one ply paper tape. Preferably, the middle band portion is formed with a substantially thicker paper tape which rests on at least one single-ply paper tape or is enveloped by at least two-ply paper tape. Preferably, the middle band part has a width which is at least equal to 1/8 the width of the tear band. However, the middle band portion may also have a width equal to at least 1/5, 1A and 1/3 the width of the chafer, respectively. In particular, the middle band part has a width which is approximately equal to half the width of the tear band. The object of the invention is explained below with reference to exemplary embodiments shown in the drawing. In the drawings: FIG. 1 is a guide rail located in a device for winding a paper web and for changing the drums with a guide channel and a tear strip according to the invention, which is inserted into the guide channel, inaxonometric and partially broken representation, FIG.1A the guide rail, in which the tear strip is inserted, inaxonometric and partially broken representation, FIG.2, FIG.2A, FIG.2B, FIg.3, FIG.3A, FIG.3B, FIG.4, FIG.4A, FIG.4B, FIG.5, FIG.5A, FIG. 5B are three further embodiments of a tear strip according to the invention, in axonometric and partially broken-away view, and FIG. 6 shows the sequence of movement of a tear strip according to the invention during its movement out of the guide channel, respectively in front view of the guide rail. An apparatus for winding a paper web located at the end of a papermaking machine has a first drum on which the paper web arriving from the papermaking machine is wound. In addition, another empty drum is provided on which the paper web is then wound once the first drum has reached the desired winding diameter. In order to be able to move from the first drum to the empty drum in the process of winding, the paper web must be separated. This is done by means of a tearing strip whose free end is conveyed from one side of the paper web to the other side of the paper web through a guide channel located in a guide rail. Once the paper web is to be cut, the tear tape is fastened to the rotating empty drum by means of an adhesive coating thereon; whereby it is pulled out of the guide channel through an opening facing the paper web and spirally wound on the empty drum. As a result, the paper web is split helically and the front tear strip of the paper web is brought into contact with the empty drum, whereby the paper web is wound onto the empty drum. Then the full drum is removed and in its place the further drum on which the paper web is wound is placed. Accordingly, with such a plant, the paper-making equipment can be fed at a speed of e.g. 25 m / sec fed paper web are continuously wound on drums. Once a drum has reached the intended winding diameter, the paper web is separated, the transition of the winding takes place on an empty further drum and the full drum is removed. In FIG. 1, a tear tape 1 and a guide rail 2 with a guide channel 20 are shown. The guide rail 2 is located in an apparatus for changing the drums on which a paper web is wound up. The tear tape 1 is shifted through the guide channel 20 from one side of a paper web to the other side. In FIG.1A, the tear tape is shown in its inserted into the guide channel 20 position. The tear tape 1 has a middle band part 11, which is relatively stiff, and two lateral band parts 12, which are relatively elastic. The guide channel 20 has a central region 21 whose inside width is approximately equal to the width of the tear strip 1. On its side facing the paper web, the guide rail 2 is formed with an opening 22, which is located between two mutually facing strips 23, whereby the width of the paper web facing opening 22 is shorter than the width of the tear strip 1. Below the middle region 21 of the guide channel 20 is the guide rail 2 further formed with a groove 24 which serves to receive an adhesive element located at the front end of the tear tape 1, by means of which the free end of the chafer 1 for the separation of the paper web is fastened to the rotating empty drum. Since the two lateral band parts 12 of the tear strip 1 are substantially more elastic than the middle band part 11 of the tear strip 1, the tear strip 1 can be pulled out of the guide channel 20 for opening the paper web through the opening 22, without being damaged thereby. Several embodiments of the chafer 1 according to the invention are explained below: The tear tape 1 shown in FIG. 2 consists of a once folded and thus two-layered paper tape 13, in the middle region 11 of which there are five paper cords 14 which pass through the two layers of the paper tape Paper tape 13 are wrapped and whose diameter is about five times as large as the thickness of the two-ply paper tape 13. The width of the middle band portion 11 is slightly larger than twice the width of each of the two side band portions 12th The tear bands 1 according to FIGS. 2A and 2B differ from the chafer 1 according to FIG. 2 in that only four or three paper cords 14 are located in the middle band portion 11, whereby the middle band portions 11 have correspondingly smaller widths. In all of these tearing tapes 1, the middle hinge parts 11 have the required high tear resistance, whereas the two side strap parts 12 have a high elasticity. The tear strip 1 shown in FIG. 3 consists of a single layer Paper tape 15, on the middle band part 11 five juxtaposed paper cords 14 are located. The tear tape 1 shown in FIG.3A consists of a single-ply Paper tape 15, in the middle band part 11 is a much thicker Paper tape 16 is located, the width of which is approximately equal to the width of five paper cords 14. The tear tape 1 shown in FIG.3B consists of a single-ply Paper tape 15, which is formed in its middle band portion 11 with three stacked paper bands 17, the widths of which shrink away from the paper tape 15. The tear tape 1 shown in FIG. 4 consists of a two-ply folded paper tape 13 in whose middle tape part 11 there is a substantially thicker paper tape 16 which is enclosed by the folded paper tape 13. The tear tape 1 shown in FIG.4A consists of a two-ply folded paper tape 13 in the middle tape part 11 there are three stacked paper tapes 17a enclosed by the paper tape 13, the middle paper tape having a slightly larger width than the other two paper tapes. The tear tape 1 shown in FIG. 4B consists of a two-ply folded paper tape 13 in whose middle tape part 11 there is a twice-folded and thus three-ply paper tape 18, which is enclosed by the paper tape 13. The tear tape 1 shown in FIG. 5 consists of a single-layered paper tape 13a, in the middle band part 11 of which there are seven paper cords 14a having diameters decreasing from the center to the outside. The tear tape 1 shown in FIG. 5A consists of a two-layered paper tape 13, in the middle tape part 11 of which there is a substantially thicker paper tape 16a whose thickness is reduced from the center to the outside and which is enclosed by the paper tape 13. The tear tape 1 shown in FIG. 5B consists of a two-ply folded paper tape 13 which is formed in its middle tape part 11 with seven paper cords 14a having diameters decreasing from the center to the outside and which are enclosed by the paper tape 13. In all tear strips 1 shown, the individual components are adhesively bonded at least partially to surfaces lying against one another. All of these tearing tapes 1 have in cross-section a central band portion 11 and two lateral band portions 12, wherein the central band portion 11 is at least 1.5 times the thickness, preferably 2 times the thickness, and 5 times the thickness of the lateral band portions 12 and the center, according to the embodiments Band portion 11 approximately half the width of the entire tear strip has. The tear tape 1 can also be formed with a middle band part 11, which has 1/6, 1/5, 1/4 and 1/3 of the width of the entire tear strip 1. Due to the reinforced middle band parts 11, the tear bands 1 have the tear strength which is necessary for the separation of the paper webs. On the other hand, since the lateral band portions 12 have a substantially smaller thickness, they perform the function that the tear band 1 does not pass through the opening 22 as it moves in the guide channel 20 to the other side of the paper web. However, the side band portions 12 are so elastic that the tear band 1, once pulled out of the guide channel 20 by its paper web facing opening 22, is not damaged, and in particular is not severed. In FIG. 6, the individual phases of the movement of the tear strip 1 are shown out of the guide channel 20 located in the guide rail 2, from which it can be seen that the tear strip 1, by means of the lateral strip parts 12 during its conveyance, points towards the other side of the paper web, in the middle region 21 of the guide channel 20 and that it is pulled out through the opening 22 of the guide channel 20 due to the elasticity of the two lateral band parts 12 for the separation of the paper web, without being damaged thereby. In this way it is also avoided that the guide channel 20 is clogged through separated paper parts. By winding the tear strip on the empty drum, over which the paper web is subsequently wound up, partial deformations, namely, in the following layers of the wound-up paper web, are produced For this reason, it is advantageous to make the transitions from the middle band portion of the chafer to the side band portions as flat as possible, thereby causing marks to be made in only a few layers of paper due to deformations caused.
